Vivi Magia is a study of presence, identity and performance. Michelle’s direction brings together portraiture, fashion and beauty photography, using deliberate composition and post-production to build a bold visual world around the Finnish artist.

was shaped.
Built around Vivi Magia’s identity as a Finnish artist, the portrait story uses styling, gesture and tight composition to create a visual world that feels performative but personal. It demonstrates Michelle’s international approach to artist imagery and her sensibility as an editorial portrait photographer in Colombia working across cultures.
The lighting language emphasizes facial structure, beauty detail and saturated styling. Controlled contrast and deliberate highlights give the portraits a polished editorial finish, while shifts in framing keep the sequence energetic and connected to the artist’s stage presence.
The shoot is presented as a directed artist portrait session, with close coordination between performance, styling, composition and post-production. Specific camera, lens and light models are not published with the project; the case study therefore documents the creative method without assigning unverified equipment credits.
